Quick troubleshooting

A scene will not open

1. Return to the world map.
2. Choose a cloudy tile that is connected to a completed place.
3. Select the scene and difficulty again.
4. Close and reopen the app if the screen remains stuck.

Prepared scenes are bundled with the native app, so a working internet connection is not required for the core game.

Colouring does not respond

• Confirm the selected palette number matches the numbered cell.
• Pinch to zoom, use two fingers to pan, or choose Reset view.
• Use Hint to locate a valid cell for the selected colour.
• Close and reopen the app to restore the last automatic save.

Sounds, haptics, numbers or motion

Open the menu in the top-right corner. Sounds, haptics, reduced motion, larger numbers and symbol support can be adjusted without resetting the world.

Share or save a postcard

Finish a tile or district and choose Share. The iPhone and iPad app opens Apple's share sheet. Select Save Image to keep a copy in Photos, or choose another destination. Kawaii Worlds does not receive the image or recipient.

Start over

Settings → Reset all data permanently removes every Kawaii Worlds save, unfinished page and cached scene held by the app on that device. A confirmation appears before the reset runs.

What to include in a support request

• Device model and iOS or iPadOS version
• Kawaii Worlds version (currently 1.0)
• The world, tile and scene name
• What you expected and what happened instead
• The steps that make the problem happen again, if known

Do not send passwords, payment information or personal details about a child. Version 1.0 has no account or paid features, so support will never need a password or payment card number.
